Niket Jain, B2B marketing end to end

I build B2B lead engines, then run them.

Account lists and signals, LinkedIn and Google Ads, SEO and AI search, email, the website, the CRM, the reports, and the automations that connect them. Two years running all of it for a listed enterprise, built from zero, after a year in healthcare marketing and four years in search.

What full-stack means here

One person, the whole engine. Seven stages, each one hands-on.

Most marketers run one or two of these. The gaps between them are where leads get lost and numbers get argued about. Running all seven is the job.

01

Find

Build the list from signals, not guesses. Who uses the competitor, who is hiring for the pain, who just changed leaders.

Clay, Sales Navigator, Apollo, Leadfeeder, page-code scripts
02

Score

Five layers, 0 to 100. Under 60 nothing moves. 80 and above gets a person the same day.

Clay, n8n, HubSpot properties
03

Warm

Ads to named accounts for three weeks before any message. About 50 impressions each. Warmed accounts reply three times as often.

LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta
04

Reach

Email and LinkedIn together over ten days. One reason, one angle, one proof, one tiny ask. Stop on any reply.

Instantly, HeyReach, Brevo, Mailchimp, Zoho
05

Convert

Pages that match the search, forms that count once, a site that shows up in Google and in AI answers.

WordPress, SEO and AEO, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, GTM
06

Measure

One definition per number, the same basis in every review. Click IDs on every lead, reconciled weekly with sales.

GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Python pulls, HubSpot
07

Automate

If it repeats, a script runs it. Weekly reports, lead scoring, mention monitors, daily briefs, CRM sync.

Claude, n8n, Python, GitHub Actions, Apps Script, Twenty CRM
Selected work

Six pieces of work, each with the number that mattered.

Employer and clients are not named in the case studies. The numbers are the ones reported internally, understated where a range was possible.

Data to decisions

Six times a number changed what we did.

In each case the number was found, shown, and the decision followed. This is the part of the job that does not fit in a tool list.

SignalDecisionResult
About a quarter of search spend went to search-partner and display placements, at click rates no buyer produces.Switched both off. Declined a paid click-fraud tool: the leak was a setting, not fraud.Spend stays on Google Search results. No new tool cost.
Half the impressions were lost to rank, yet Auction Insights showed no competitor.Did not raise bids. Rewrote ad groups around real search terms and fixed page relevance.Quality problem treated as a quality problem. Budget protected.
Nine in ten reported conversions were one event firing on every form, job applications included. One goal per campaign. Click IDs saved with every lead. Weekly check against the sales tracker.Reported and real leads match. Bidding learns from the right signal.
A headline double-digit organic growth figure was mostly employee logins and job seekers. Commercial pages grew under 1%.Corrected the report and set a rule: no traffic number without a like-for-like comparison and a page breakdown. The traffic line left the leadership deck until it could be shown honestly.
LinkedIn spend was cut by about four fifths. Engagement from target companies fell more than 90%. Website enquiries held.Wrote the Audience We Lost report for leadership, naming the companies that stopped engaging.LinkedIn rebuilt on a smaller, tighter budget instead of switched off.
A board slide used a share figure on one basis and a follower total on another.Wrote a one-line definition for every number we show.Same basis in every review since. No more disputes about the numbers.
How I work

Nine rules, each one earned the hard way.

01Audit before you touch. Two weeks of reading the account saved months of guessing.
02Fix the counting before the bidding.Smart bidding on a bad signal spends confidently in the wrong direction.
03Cheap clicks are a warning sign, not a win.The cheapest traffic on the account was partner sites and job seekers.
04A good list beats good copy.Under 5% replies means fix the list, not the message.
05Warm before you reach.About 50 ad impressions per account before any email. Three times the replies.
06One definition for every number.Same basis in every review, written down, one line each.
07Activity is not a result.No emails-sent, impressions-only or click-rate lines in a report.
08Build it in the tool, then show it.Describing a stack is not proof. A screenshot of the live campaign is.
09If it repeats, automate it.Reports, scoring, monitors and syncs run on their own, so the week goes to decisions.
Experience

Science graduate, marketer by practice, builder by habit.

Niket Jain

I came into marketing sideways. During a biochemistry degree and a master's in computational biology I built nine content websites, wrote over a thousand articles and grew them to 300,000 monthly organic pageviews. That paid for college and taught me the two things I still rely on: search is a measurable system, and the number you report has to be the number that is true.

Since 2023 I have done this full-time: healthcare marketing for pharma brands, then the whole digital function at a listed technology and BPM enterprise, where I lead a small team and an agency and stay hands-on in every tool. When the team needs something that does not exist, I build it with Python and Claude.
