Decks a board reads in five minutes. Creatives that need no agency round.

Most of this work serves a number or a message: the quarterly board section, the monthly marketing review, the weekly six-slide report, a LinkedIn carousel cut from a case study, an event banner in every size a platform wants. Built in PowerPoint and Canva, and in code when it has to be rebuilt every week.

What this covers

01Leadership decksBoard reviews, quarterly and monthly marketing updates, campaign reviews. One message per slide, a headline that states the finding, a table that proves it, a footnote with the definition.
02Plans and briefsOne-page plans with activity, by when and impact. Agency briefs with tables first and words after. A six-month SEO plan fits on three slides when the buckets are right.
03Campaign creativesLinkedIn carousels and document ads cut from case studies, event and certification banners, social posts in the brand's colours, each in the sizes the platform needs.
04Brand assetsA raster logo turned into layered, editable vectors. A flat banner re-laid out for a new aspect ratio by lifting each element. Brand colours and type kept as tokens so every file matches.
05Email designPhoto-led HTML emails for internal programmes, built in code with free stock, icons drawn by script, tested in Outlook with embedded images.
06Decks from codepython-pptx and HTML decks that rebuild from the data, so the numbers never go stale and the Friday report takes minutes instead of a day.

How a deck gets made

1The one messageWhat the reader should decide or know after this. If it cannot be said in a sentence, the deck is not ready.
2The number and its definitionEvery figure on a slide has a one-line definition and, if derived, its formula and inputs on the slide.
3Tables before chartsA table the reader can check beats a chart that looks good. Charts only when the shape is the point.
4Plain wordsNo ad jargon, no decoration. A week with no leads is said in words, never as a column of zeros.
5Rebuild from dataIf the deck recurs, it is generated. The script holds the house rules so the manual and automated versions cannot disagree.

Rules

  • One message per slide. The headline states the finding.
  • Tables first. Charts only when the shape is the point.
  • Every derived number shows its formula and inputs.
  • One tab per sheet. Items and a number. No extra tabs, charts or summaries.
  • Check every QR and link before publishing. An expired QR on a published carousel is a lesson learned once.
